WHY JUST REGULAR YOGA?

Trend-proof practice. Individual instruction.

Yoga, meditation and breathwork are nothing less than real-world survival skills that every single person can use.

It's deep work but it doesn't have to be a mystery. No crystals, dreamcatchers or acrobatics required.

We'll start with a consultation and make a plan from there.

Down to earth, one on one coaching in your home or apartment gym.

Think of it like having a personal trainer for yoga.

Testimonials

Carrie is an incredible yoga teacher and person. Her passion for yoga and sharing her wealth of knowledge with her students and fellow yogi is genuine and sincere. I have taken hundreds of yoga classes over the last 15 years and rate Carrie as an +A teacher - when we have had the chance to have one on one sessions she customized the class perfect workout for me given my advanced yoga experience and long term injuries.

Carrie does a marvelous job meeting you exactly where you’re at. Her techniques of conquering the daily grind are real and on point.

As someone who has little experience with yoga, Carrie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed in an unfamiliar environment. She was very attentive in a nurturing way. I actually took some of the “wake-up” movements she taught and incorporated them into my classroom. She has tons of practical suggestions with real-life applications and is so knowledgeable about all levels of the practice. I highly recommend her!
